Items are usually delivered within 5 working days, Monday to Saturday, 7.30am - 6pm. Some couriers may deliver slightly earlier or later.
If you are based in the UK and wish to upgrade your shipping at checkout you can at an additional charge
- Standard - Free
- 1st class standard - £3.50
- Next day - £6.50
1. Processing time: Order verification, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the fulfilment centre for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed.
2. Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from us to the destination. estimated delivery is 2-3 business days for United Kingdom and 7-10 business days internationally. UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail.
Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order.
What to expect on delivery day
Will my order be delivered safely?
We’ll send you an email explaining how to track your item and letting you know when it will be delivered.
If no-one is available, or the item cannot be posted in your letter box, the courier will post a card through your door with further delivery instructions if they're unable to complete delivery or if they leave the parcel with a neighbour.
The courier will attempt to make delivery and obtain a signature up to 3 times before the parcel is returned to us.
How will my order be packaged?
We wrap all our items in tissue paper to protect the products we then place them in to an Eco paper jiffy bag for further protection

There’s a Mistake With My Order, or It Hasn’t yet Been Delivered - What Should I Do?
If your delivery is overdue, or your items have been accidentally damaged in transit, or for any other queries, email our Customer Services team for assistance 7 days a week and we shall get back to you within 24 hours.
Deliveries of multiple items
I’ve Ordered Several Items at Once. Will They All Arrive Together?
We try to shop all items on the same order together. This helps reduce costs to you and us while reducing wastage. Please wait until your delivery due time has passed before contacting us.
